Our payroll burst support model provides senior-level, quality-controlled support for payroll teams during peak periods. This includes projects, audits, M&A, and remediation activities. The burst support offers a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to temporary staffing or outsourcing.

SECOND CHECKER

Aimed at business who have one payroll resource. The Payroll Advisory Co provide you with an on-going second checker. From checking supporting documentation to ensuring your processes and checks are workings as required we ensure you are no longer single point sensitive providing assurance to you, and the wider business and controls the visibility over the payroll function. We work to your timelines, spending time with your payroll resources to understand your business. This controls the visibility and an insurance policy for your function.

MANAGED SERVICE

We manage your vendor relationships to ensure you are getting the best out of your current system. From testing new releases to facilitating change requests, to full rebuilds - let us look after those more complex and time consuming payroll tasks.

 

Simply pick one or all of the above options to create a tailored on-going support pack.

With the ability to select a month by month arrangement and discontinue at any time, or sign up for 12 month (billed monthly) support pack - the choice is yours.

The price varies depending on the inclusions your business selects, the role that you need assistance/coverage for and how many hours of support you require. If you don’t use your monthly allocation of hours, these simply roll over to the next month - so you can bank your hours up if you know you will need additional support at a certain time, or purchase additional hours to get you through those times of need.

 

ONE-OFF advisory service

Engagements can be delivered as a fixed price, time and materials or a retainer basis. No minimum engagements - just support for what you need, when you need it.
